Challenge: Delta Air Lines was preparing for the expansion and grand opening of the Delta Flight Museum—a milestone event designed to honor the company’s legacy and engage employees, alumni, community leaders, donors, and media in a meaningful celebration.
Role: As part of the Delta Air Lines team at Jackson Spalding, Jaime co-led project management for the museum’s expansion and launch, orchestrating fundraising communications, event logistics, media outreach, social media strategy, advertising, and branded collateral. Her leadership ensured cross-functional alignment and a cohesive narrative that honored Delta’s history while showcasing its future.
Outcome: The grand opening drew media attention, deepened employee and community engagement, and positioned the Delta Flight Museum as both a cultural landmark and a premier venue for corporate and public events—cementing its role in Delta’s brand experience.
