Project Managing Delta’s Partnership with Junior Achievement

Challenge: Delta wanted to deepen its community impact by inspiring students through Junior Achievement (JA) programs. The airline sought to create a lasting physical presence in JA facilities that reflected Delta’s brand and values.
Role: As part of the Delta Air Lines team at Jackson Spalding, Jaime led both the communications strategy and the hands-on project management for this initiative. On the communications side, she developed student and volunteer-facing materials that showcased Delta’s investment in education, financial literacy, and workforce readiness. At the same time, Jaime managed the build-out of Delta-themed spaces in multiple Junior Achievement facilities—coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver immersive, branded environments. This role required balancing communications with operational precision, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforced Delta’s brand and community leadership.
Outcome: Jaime successfully launched Delta-themed spaces that provided students with an engaging, hands-on learning environment. This work contributed to Delta’s reputation as a socially responsible corporate leader and strengthened relationships with employees, students, and community stakeholders.
